got inspired by Denise Katipunera's rainbow pancake posts and then later saw lots of it in Pinterest.... so for several grocery trips i sneak in 1 color in our cart.... hehehe so i won't feel guilty so much of buying stuff we don't really need hihihihi :D
sharing how to do it... you need:
Pre-mix pancake powder
milk
food colors
(i used blue, red and yellow of mckormick and just mixed for the colors i want)
just mix everything pancake-related as indicated in the box then separate same amounts of the mix to several containers so you can start playing with the colors!!!
cook as indicated. trick is to do it with really really low fire so no dark brown parts will appear and your colors will be perfect.... :-)
