project 60 in 88days!
this is it.... day 1 na merong extra effort.... :-)
start date: June 5, 2015
target end: August 31, 2015
starting weight: 76.2!!!!
target: 60 kiloses! :D
plan of attack:
1) at least 3x a week gym (not gym gym, but those zumba, aero kind of gym hehe)
2) 1600cal a day
3) minimized sugar and carbs
4) 3-5liters of water a day!!!
16kilos to lose!!!! waaahhh goodluck talaga!
target: 60 kiloses! :D

as much as ayoko talagang mg-gym pero this is the most convenient and realistic at this point....so go! :D
