plan of attack:
1) at least 3x a week gym (not gym gym, but those zumba, aero kind of gym hehe)
2) 1600cal a day
3) minimized sugar and carbs
4) 3-5liters of water a day!!!

as much as ayoko talagang mg-gym pero this is the most convenient and realistic at this point....so go! :D
