i've learned about this from doing research for the itinerary... but it looks more beautiful upclose. :D
no need for me to re-quote what was written here... :-) this explains the purpose of the fountain. :D hehe
it's a rotonda... so motorists are almost always around... but we still opted to setup my ixus and have our 10-shots! hehehe every motorist passing by had this weird look on their faces while we're having the shots hehehe although some said hi to us! :D
we forgot to ask the name of the caretaker... although it is not scheduled to turn on the fountain at the time we got there, she offered to open it for us...for our photos. :D i'm sooooo loving Dapitan and Dipolog... very peaceful and full of friendly people... :D it feels like i'm not in Mindanao (i'm not trying to be nega about Minda)...
